PRODUCT RECALL
Following a sampling carried out by the French fraud control authorities at one of our retailers, the Cosmo II rattle has been found to be non-compliant and dangerous in terms of Decree N°2010-166 of February 22, 2010 on toy safety. It is dangerous due to the risk of choking by regurgitation caused by the complete rattle.
As this toy is intended for children who are too young to sit up on their own, the shape and size of the rattle were found to be unsatisfactory, as it exceeded the template used during testing.
If you have purchased this product, whatever its color, please do not give this rattle to your child any longer and contact us by e-mail at zakuwshop@gmail.com if you bought the rattle directly on our e-shop so that we can proceed with the refund or get in touch with the retailer from whom you bought it.
